The Crush Collective is a way to bring our community together in-person and find clients that actually speak our language.

Here at The Crush Collective our core values are: innovation, integrity and inclusivity.

We pride ourselves on creating a safe space for fellow vendors, our clients, and ourselves. We want to get funky and push beyond typical wedding constraints. We're here to help our dream clients plan their big day, pull it off beautifully, and have support systems in place for whatever life brings them afterwards.

Think group project time. For multiple vendors who want to team up & create something spectacular. We understand that a florist can’t operate without a designer, and a designer can’t operate without a rental company and so on and so forth. Collaborate with some of your favorite friendors in the biz to show off what you can do together. The fee is a one time fee for up to one king's table’s worth of space with chairs but the idea is that all of the participants involved will split the cost amongst themselves.

the day of

The goal is for load-in and setup to feel upbeat and exciting rather than overwhelming.

We're familiar with the hefty to-dos list, nervous energy, and little bit of chaos prior to participating in an expo. We want this to feel different.  The goal of this show is that we are all functioning as a unit rather than separate entities. Together, we'll co-create positive & upbeat energy before attendees even arrive.

Setup will be between the hours of 8am-12:30pm. All spaces will be show ready by 12:30pm with attendees entering the space at 1:00pm.

Why are we doing this? Promotion. Let’s be honest. We want to create something truly spectacular and fun to experience, we want to come together as a vendor community- but the end goal is self serving promotion - for each and every one of us. This show is a way for us to get in front of our ideal clients. People who speak our language and whom we want to collaborate with.

A

why are you putting together this expo?

Q

The Speed Planning session will take place upstairs in the Hap Hap Lounge. We will have two 2-hour sessions, each with 10-15 vendors. Participants (event attendees) will have 5 minutes to schmooze with each vendor to see who they jive with and who they want to carry on the conversation with. No time lost on a lengthy consult if the vibes aren't a match! Win-win for all.

A

What will the speed crushing portion be like?

Q

Our emphasis with this show is  ART. It’s not enough to show pretty pictures of your work. We want our exhibitors to think outside the folding table and pipe and drape and get funky and weird. We want our attendees to FEEL what you do.

A

I've participated in other shows. how will this be different?

Q

I’ve spoken to a lot of vendors whose inquiries have slowed or who are constantly getting ghosted and I wanted to create a way for vendors to present themselves outside of the internet. This is a way to connect - in person - with potential clients as well as other industry professionals.

A

Why should I participate?
