Here at The Crush Collective our core values are: innovation, integrity and inclusivity.
We pride ourselves on creating a safe space for fellow vendors, our clients, and ourselves. We want to get funky and push beyond typical wedding constraints. We're here to help our dream clients plan their big day, pull it off beautifully, and have support systems in place for whatever life brings them afterwards.
HOW IT WORKS
Attend our Meet & Greet Happy Hour at the Hap Hap Lounge on February 18.
Check out our different options for levels of participation. Decide which feels right for you and snag your spot! Purchase by January 20 for 10% off.
After reserving your vendor spot, complete our vendor profile form so we can feature you on our website.
We want this to feel like an experience. Be creative & highlight your craft to help event attendees understand what working with you is like.
The perfect option for vendors who are naturally on the move to meet a client’s needs. For example, a caterer could move throughout the venue passing out hors d’oeuvres. Wanderers don't have a designated booth, but rather will flow throughout the venue interacting with fellow vendors and guests while sharing their service/product.
Showcase your artistry with a one hour slot on stage. Ideal for musicians, live bands and DJs. Your performance provides the opportunity to connect with wedding planners, venue bookers, and couples alike. Limited spots available (5).
Become an exclusive partner of The Crush Collective. Elevate your brand’s visibility with inclusion of your business name and/or logo on all promotional material both pre and post event. Each partner is also allotted a 10x10 space at the show.
Cut down on the small talk and get straight to vibin’. This two-hour speed dating inspired affair in The Hap Hap lounge seeks to match vendors with potential clients. Vendors will be allocated one seating area in the lounge to meet and chat with event attendees for 3-5 minutes each.
Bring your bestie in the biz and share a booth to create something spectacular & show off the magic of collaboration. You and your fave fellow vendor team up and split the fee for your space. For example, a calligrapher and a florist might pair up to show how beautifully flowers and custom calligraphy and come together for wedding design & details.
Think group project time. You enlist some of your favorite friendors in the biz and put your work into motion for attendees to gawk at. Create a tablescape complete with place settings, florals, chairs, LED candles, etc. All vendors are welcome to be present at the Expo but are not required so long as one vendor is present at all times and handles setup and takedown. Only one vendor fee is required and the cost can be divided amongst yourselves. Table included but no other items.
Want to be a part of The Collective but can’t attend the show? This option is for you. Pay a one time fee and have a bio profile on The Crush Collective with a photo and clickable link to your external site. Note: all other vendor levels will automatically be featured on our site after purchasing their slot.
Ideal for exhibitors who want to create their own space and uniquely exhibit their talent. We are seeking vendors who want to think outside the (expo) box and transform their space into a fully immersive experience. 20 spots available.
* The Crush Collective is all about harnessing community, and sometimes it takes a freakin village. If you want to participate as a vendor but price is a sticking point, please email us directly at: hello@thecrushcollective.co and we are happy to do a sliding scale for any vendors who need a little financial support.
On Wednesday February 19, The Crush Collective will host a happy hour meet and greet session at The Hap Hap Lounge from 5-7 pm.
This will be a chance for us to say hello in person before the event so we can more organically promote one another during the show.
The Perks of Attending:
-Alex will explain what to expect in person
-The event's artistic director, Ashley Elendbach, will be present to help exhibitors brainstorm ways to get creative with their space to bring their product or brand to life
-Meet fellow vendors and make new connections
-Details covered on what to expect at the expo
The goal is for load-in and setup to feel upbeat and exciting rather than overwhelming.
We're familiar with the hefty to-dos list, nervous energy, and little bit of chaos prior to participating in an expo. We want this to feel different. The goal of this show is that we are all functioning as a unit rather than separate entities. Together, we'll co-create positive & upbeat energy before attendees even arrive.
Setup will be between the hours of 8am-12:30pm. All spaces will be show ready by 12:30pm with attendees entering the space at 1:00pm.
Why are we doing this? Promotion. Let’s be honest. We want to create something truly spectacular and fun to experience, we want to come together as a vendor community- but the end goal is self serving promotion - for each and every one of us. This show is a way for us to get in front of our ideal clients. People who speak our language and whom we want to collaborate with.
why are you putting together this expo?
The Speed Planning session will take place upstairs in the Hap Hap Lounge. We will have two 2-hour sessions, each with 10-15 vendors. Participants (event attendees) will have 5 minutes to schmooze with each vendor to see who they jive with and who they want to carry on the conversation with. No time lost on a lengthy consult if the vibes aren't a match! Win-win for all.
What will the speed crushing portion be like?
Our emphasis with this show is ART. It’s not enough to show pretty pictures of your work. We want our exhibitors to think outside the folding table and pipe and drape and get funky and weird. We want our attendees to FEEL what you do.
I've participated in other shows. how will this be different?
I’ve spoken to a lot of vendors whose inquiries have slowed or who are constantly getting ghosted and I wanted to create a way for vendors to present themselves outside of the internet. This is a way to connect - in person - with potential clients as well as other industry professionals.
Why should I participate?
Curious about something? We're here to help! Here are the top questions we've received from our community of vendors.
